MedIntelli ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-powered health guidance service.
When using MedIntelli, you may voluntarily provide the following information: age, gender, symptoms, body location of discomfort, pain severity, current medications, country of residence, and preferred language.
We may collect basic usage data such as browser type, device type, and interaction patterns to improve the Service. We do NOT use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services.
MedIntelli stores your consultation history and theme preferences in your browser's local storage. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
To provide health guidance: Your symptom data is sent to our AI provider (Groq) to generate personalized health information. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers.
To improve the Service: Anonymized, aggregated usage patterns may be analyzed to improve the accuracy and usability of MedIntelli.
To personalize your experience: Your country and language preferences are used to tailor guidance and display the interface in your preferred language.
Symptom data is sent to Groq's API for AI processing. Groq's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their terms at groq.com.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal health information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission (HTTPS encryption). However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your consultation history is stored locally on your device, giving you full control. You can clear your history at any time from the History panel in the app.
You have the right to: access your stored data (consultation history is in your browser), delete your data at any time using the "Clear History" button, opt out of using the Service at any time, and request information about how your data is used.
MedIntelli is not intended for children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, please use the Service under parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of MedIntelli after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
